P adjorn sabti 16o. die July 1726

Complaint haveing been made unto this Court that
the petty Constables & Headboroughs have very much
neglected their duty in not in of the severall parishes &
places in this county have very much neglected their
Duty in not makeing & prepareing true For that they
have of lateformerly retorned very imperfect defective & in Sufficient lists of
persons haveing [..] competentestates in their respective res [..]
Districts qualifyedwho are qualifyed to serve [..]
upon Jurys for triall of causes depending in his
Maties Courts of Law at Westmr & else who which neglects
hath been of great detriment to the publique,
It is thought fit & Ordered by this Court that the
respective petty Constables & Headboroughs of the
the severall parishes & places in this County Doe
forthwith after notice hereof and from year to year wheatley shall receive their [..] [..] Listsfrom the High Constables take a true account
and make & prepare true and pfect Lists [..] fairly written of
the true Christian names surnames, places of
aboad & additions of all & every person & persons between the age of twenty one yeares & the age of seventy yeares qualified [..] in the Warrts. with at aboad behalf shall be expressed
haveing within their respethe respective Districts
(for which the said petty Constables & Headbourgh
doe serve) either in their [..] owne names or in the
names of Trusteesany [..] persons in trust for them ten
pounds by the yeare at least above reprizes of
lands or tenements either freehold or Coppyhold
or [..] of ancient Demesn, and qualifyed to serve
upon Jurys as aforesaidfor triall of causes depending
