Upon reading the humble peticon of Tho: Howard< no role >
Gent one of the high Constables of the Hundred of
Edmonton in this County exhibited Unto this Court
Settingforth that he hath Served his Matie. in the
Office of high Constable for the Space of three yeares
now last past, And the Petr. praying that this Court
will be pleased to discharged him from his Said Office,
This Court doth appoint John Rumball< no role > of [..]
Edmonton within the Said Hundred in this County
Gent to be high Constable within the sd. Hundred
of Edmonton in the room & place of the sd Thomas
Howard< no role > , And doth Order that the Said [..] John
Rumball< no role > doe forthwith after notice hereof attend
one of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
residing Within the said Hundred and take his
Oath for his due execucon of the Office of high
Constable within theSaidSame Hundred, And
from & after the time of his haveing taken Such
Oath the said Thomas Howard< no role > is to be discharged
from his said Office of high Constable,
