present at the Same Sessions at Hicks hall at the
time aforesaid, Now upon heareing of what was

Philpott who was Present & produced the aforesd.
book wherein are contained the Minutes
of the speciall Sessions for the said Hundredof Gore
This Court is of opinion And doth resolve
& declare (Nomine contradicente) that the sd.
book is the book belonging to the sd. Speciall
Sessions and ought to be from time to time produced
to & inspected by the Justices of peace to be assembled
at the Speciall sessions to be holden for the sd. Hundred
And doth Order the same accordingly, And It
is further ordered by this Court that all former
orders relating to the detaining or concealing
the aforesaid book be and the same are hereby
vacated & discharged,
