Now [..] Forasmuch as it hath been [..]
from Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties. Justices of the peace
the accompt ofChurchwardens of
for this County residing in
the Said Parish of St. John Clerkenwellfor the yeare
alledgeingthat the Said Order hath not been pursued
now last past touching the money by him reced &paid days
on accompt of the poor thereof without giveing three
notice to all the Jutices of the peace for this County
residing in the Said parishes of the time & place to be appointed for that purpose And that as by the
Said Order was directed, And that Such audit &
allowance is therefore irregular and ought to be
Vacated, And
This Court Upon hearing ofwhat was alledged
by John Fuller< no role > Esqr .one other another& Wm. Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . two other of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this CountySetting forth
that the Said, accomp alledgeing that the Sd. accompt
was fairly & Justly audited & allowed, This Court
thereupon and on hearing of what was further
alledged
in relacon to the premisses Doth think
fit and Order that it be And It is hereby recomeded
& referred Unto John Fuller< no role > William Cotesworth< no role > senr
