Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Ann within Aldersgate in the
City of London exhibited their humble peticon &
appeale unto this Court at this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the County
of Middx by adjornmt. on Monday the seventeenth
day of January last Setting forth that by a
Warrant or Order dated the Seventh day of
December last under the hands & Seales of John

his wife & their two children Elizabeth< no role > aged
nine yeares & Hannah< no role > about fourteen Months
were removed from the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in the Said County to the Said parish of St.
Ann within Aldersgate as the place of their legall
Settlemt. which [..] Order was not delivered to the
Petrs. till Saturday the eighth day ofJanuarythe
aforesdSame Month of January last , And that the
Petrs.findfound themselves aggreived by the Said Order
of the Said two Justices, and humbly appealed to this
Court against the Same, which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court
on this present Monday the twenty eighth day of
February instant , Now Forasmuch as this Court is
of opinion to adjourn the hearing of the said appeale
