or cause to be paid to the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the Poor of the Said Parish for the time being to some
or one of them the Sume of four pounds for & towards
the putting forth Apprentice the said female bastard
child to some lawfull calling, And that the Petr.
should pay & discharge the said Churchwarden &
Overseers of the poor & the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the poor of the Said Parish for the time being and
every of them of & from all debts damages & demand
already demanded or contracted or that might
thereafter be demanded or contracted of or by them
or either of them for or by reason of the birth
bringing Up or maintaining the Sd. female bastard
child in any case whatsoever, And lastly that the
Petr. Should, find Sufficient Sureties to the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish or to some
or one of them for the true performance of the
Articles & clauses contained in the Said Order, And
that the Petr. found himselfe aggreived by the Said
Order And humbly appealed to the Said Court
against the Same, Whereupon at the request of the
Petr. It was Ordered by the Same Court that the
benefit of the Said [..] appeale Should be
Saved Unto him and that the hearing & determining
thereof Should be adjourned Untill this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
this County, And that the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the poor of the Said Parish of St. Andrew Holborne
above the Barrs Upon notice of the said Order & all
persons concerned should attend the Court of this
present Generall Quarter Session of the peace now
holden for the said County by adjorumt. onTuesday
thethis present Tuesday the nineteenth day of
April instant at ten of the clock in the forenoon
to heare & abide the Judgmt: & determinacon of
the Same Court touching the Said appeale, Now
Forasmuch as neither the Petr. nor any other
person on his behalfe doth appeare in this Court
