unto this Court by Councell for the sd. Appellants
praying that the hearing of the sd appeale may
be adjourned This Court upon hearing of

Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poorfor theof the said parish of St.
Giles in the feilds Doth Order that (on paymt. of
the sume of twenty Shillings by the Sd. Appellants
or one of them to the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Sd parish of St. Giles in the
feilds or one of them for their costs of this
days attendance upon this Court to maintaine
the said Order of removeall) the hearing and
determining of the said appeale be adjourned
untill the next Generall Sessions of the peace
to be holden for the sd county of Middx And
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of both the Sd. parishes & all persons
concerned doe attend the Court of the next
Generall Sessions of the peace to be holden for
the same County by adjorumt. on

day of March next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgmt. & determinacon of the same Court
