Upon rending the humble peticon & appeale of
Robert Phipps< no role > of the parish of Endfeild in
this County exhibited unto this Court setting forth
that by an Order under the hands & seales of George
Bourne< no role > & Abraham Addams< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quorum Vnns)
bearing date the eighteenth day of August anno Dui
[..] one thousand seven hundred & twenty five It is
therein menconed that they adjudged the petr. the above
named Robert Phipps< no role > the true Father of a Male
Bastard child lately borne in the said parish of
Endfeild of the body of Hannah Heath< no role > late of the sd.
parish of Endfeild Wido . deced which said bastard
child is chargeable to the said parish and so likely
to continue, And that further by the said Order of
the said two Justices It is Ordered that the Petr: should
pay the sume of two shillings weekly & every week
from the date of the said Order untill the said Male
bastard child should accomplish the age of twelve
yeares or soe long as the said child should be chargeable
to the said parish of Endfeild , And further that the petr.
alsoe should find sureties to become bound in a bond of
one hundred pounds penalty to the said parish for the true
