WHEREAS it appearech unto Us, Whole Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Mary Islington
in the Said County.thatMary Jeffrys< no role > aged about
four yeares old was lately brought

herselfethere without giving Notice in Writing to the Said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofherabode in the Said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provide: And that the SaidMary

likely to become chargeable to the Said Parish. which we adjudge to be true And whereas it appeareth
unto us.the Said Justices upon the Oath of Phillis

Settlemt elsewhere appearing unto vs Since Wee doe alsoe

be in the Said Parish of St Giles in the fields
These are therefore in his Majuesties Name Strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to remove and
convey the SaidMary Jeffrys< no role >
from the Said Parish ofSt Mary Islington
in the SaidCountyto the Said Parish ofSt Giles is the
fields in the Said County
and deliverher-unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forher
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils, Given under our Hands
and Seals, the15day ofDecember in the 12. Year
of the Reign of our SovereignLord Georgeby the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, and Ireland,KingDesender of the
