Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx Assembled in Quarter Sessions

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Dunstan in the
West London.

Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands & Seals of John Milner< no role >
& John Ellis< no role > two of his Majties. Justices of the Peace Quorum unus
bearing date the 24th. day of December last Anne Singer< no role > Singlewoman
was Removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds to the said
Parish of St. Dunstan in the West London as the Place of her
last Legall Settlemt.

That your Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved by the Order
of the sd two Justices & hope to make it Appear that the sd. Anne
Singer
< no role > hath not any Legall Settlemt. in the Sd. Parish of St Dunstan
in the West And therefore do appeal from the sd. Order to the
Judgmt. of this Court

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly prays your
Worships will be pleased to Appoint some day
this present Sessions to hear & determine the
matter touching this Appeal

And your Petrs. Shall ever pray
