Overseers of ye poor of ye parish of
Edgeworth in ye said County and to
each & every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto Us Two of His Majestys Justices of the
peace for ye County aforesaid (Quorum Unus)
by ye Church wardens & Overseers of ye poor of
ye said Parish of St. George Hanover Square
That Mary Rider< no role > Widow aged about thirty two
yeares & Sarah< no role > her Daughter by Wm< no role > her late
Husband Deceasd aged abt. one yeare
are come & Intricded into ye said parish Endear
ing to Settle there Contrary to Law And That
they are now [..] become chargeable to
ye said parish of St. George Hanover Square

Wee The said Justices upon Examination of
ye premises taken before Us upon Oath & other
Circumstances do Adjudge ye Same to be true
and do allso Adjudge that ye place of ye last
legall Settlemt. of ye said Mary Rider< no role > and
Sarah< no role > her Daughter to be in ye parish of
Edgeworth in ye. County of Middx aforesaid

These are Therefore in His Majestys Name
To require you on sight here of to remove and
Convey ye said Mary Rider< no role > & Sarah< no role > her
Daughter
from & out of your said parish of St. George
Han over Square to ye said parish of Edgeworth
in ye County aforesaid
and them Deliver unto ye Church wardens and
Overseers of ye poor there or to some or One of
them who are hereby required to receive and
provide for them According to Law: Given
under our Hands & Seales this 23d. day of
December 1725
