She humble Petition and Appeale of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of thr Poor of the Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields in the said County
of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Ellis< no role > Esqr Two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(quorum) bearing date the four and twentieth day of
December last John Rice< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife were
removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in
the said County of Middx to the said Parish of St.
Martin in the Fields as the Place of their last legall
Settlement whereby your petitioners Concerive
themselves to be agreived

Therefore they humbly appeale, for
to Your Worships against the Judgemt
of the said Two Justices and pray you
Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day this present Sessions to here
and determine the matter touching the
said Appeale
