Appeal of the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett
of Ratcliffe in the pish. of Stepney
in the said County

That by Wart. or Order under the Hands
and Seals for Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt : and Alexand:
Pitfield
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Mati. Justices of the Peace
for the said County (Quor un) bearing Date the 11th
Day of November last , Anne Mercing< no role > Widdow &
Relict of Jno: Mercing< no role > Deceds and Anne< no role > Elizabeth< no role >
Mary< no role > and Abigall Mercing< no role > , her four Children were
by the said Order Removed from the Hamlett of
Bethnall Green in the said County, to the said
Hamlett of Ratcliffe as the place of their last
legall Settlement, whereby your Petrs. Humbly
Conceive they are Wronged and Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
prays your Worpps would be
Pleased to appoint a Day for the
hearing and Determing the said
Appeal this present Sessions, & that
your Worpps petrs. may be relieved
as unto your Worpps shall seem
meet.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the Hamlett of Bethnall Green in
this County, have Notice of this Appeal, and that they and
all persons Concerned do Attend this Court, on Fryday next
being the 17th Day of this Instant Month of Jany , by
ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, to hear and Abide the Judg-
:ment and Determination of this Court upon and touching
the said Appeals
