Owen Phillips< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife were Removed by an
Order of two Justices from the Parish of St Giles in the
Fields to ye parish of St Martin in the Fields as the place of
their last legall Settlemt

Owen Phillips< no role > is no Trade never was Bound Apprentice
never was a Yearly Servant nor never kept house He was
borne in Ruport Street which at that time was in the Said
Parish of St Martin in the Fields but about one Month
after (Vizt) in ye 1st. year of King James ye 2d -1685
Ruport Street was Divided from the Parish of St Martin
and made part of the parish now called by the Name of St
James Westmr But can't say how long his Father lived there
whether a Month before his Birth or what t [..]

The Said Owen Phillips< no role > Father was by Trade a peruke-
-maker and served his time with one Mr. Rich next ye Rose
Tavern in Covent Garden that ye latter never was a yearly
hired Servant, nor never kept house as he ever heard
