WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Middlx
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate
in the saidCountythatMargaret < no role > the wife of George
Parker
< no role > with her two Children William < no role > and Mary < no role > are

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselvesthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House oftheirabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that the saidMargt
Parker
< no role > & her two Children by reason of their poverty are
likely to become Chargeable to the said Parish:which wee adjudge to be ture And whereas it appeareth
unto us,the said Justices upon the bath of the said
Margarett Parker< no role >
thather said husband waslast legally settled in the Parish of
Christ Church London and no other legall Settlemt elsewhere
appearing unto as Sune wee doe alsoe adjudge the said
parish of Christ Church London to be the place of his last
legall Settlement

These are therefore inhisMajesties Name Strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to remove and
convey the saidMargt parker< no role > & her two Children William < no role > &
Mary < no role > from the said Parish ofSt Giles wthout Cripplegate
in the saidCountyto the said Parish of Christ Church London

and deliverthemunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forthem
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
and Seals, the28th day of May in the ninth Year
of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, And Ireland, King Defender of the
Faith, Etc. Annoq; Dom. 1723.

of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Middx
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish ofChrist Church London
And all others whom it doth or may concern, Etc.
