Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us
Whose hands and seales are hereunto sett
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middx: Quor unus By the Overseers of
the Poor to [..]
yard in the Psh. of St: Botolph [..]
Aldersgate in ye County of Middx: That
Willm: Hare< no role > with Margarett < no role > his wife and
their three Children Vizt: Eliza < no role > : abt: four
years old and Willm < no role > : Mary < no role > twines
abt: one year & half old are lately Came
into the said Liberty of Glasshouse yard
in the said psh. of St: Bottolph without
Aldergate in ye said County Endeavearing
to Settle there Contrary to Law
and are already become Chargable
thereunto wth: we do adjuge to be true
And forasmuch as it appeareth
unto us ye Said Justices upon ye Examinacon
of Francis Oliver< no role > on oath that the
Said Wm. Hare< no role > was bound an apprentice
by Indenture to one Hopher obett< no role > a
Clogmaker who then lived near ye psh:
Church of St. Sepulchres in London in ye
psh. of St: Sepulchres in London in
whose Service he Continued the Space
of Nine Months And no other legall
Settlemt: Elsewhere Appeareing unto us
Since we do also adjudge ye said pish
of
St. Sepulchres in London to be the place
of their last Legall settlemt: These are
therefore in his Maties: Name to will
and require you said overseers of ye
poor of ye Liberty of Glass house yard in ye
psh. of St. Bottolph without Aldersgate in
ye County of Middx : forthwith to remove &
Convey ye said Wm: Hare< no role > Margt < no role > : his wife &
Eliz < no role > : Willm < no role > . & Margt < no role > : their Children from
out of [..] said Liberty unto the said psh
of St: Sepulchres London & them deliver into
Churchwardens & Overseer of ye poor there Some [..]
