[mark] And whereas a Report was made by the said Comittee & severall orders were made
thereupon for drawing & psenting a Representation to the Lore Leiuetenant &
custos Rotulorum of this County on the matters contained in the said leftout
And whichAnd a Representation was accordingly prepar'd & agreed to in
January Sessions last pest but hath not been presented to the said Lore Leuetnt
And whereas the said Report was not made nor the said Representation taken ordere
in full Sessions according to the usual Mathods but upon an adjourned day
in the Morning when very few Justices were Psent, & without giving
anyany notice was by the said Comittee oroppertunity given by the Sessions [..] to the deputy Lieuetenants of being hear
against the same The Majestys Justices of the peace now at the
present Generall Quarter Sessions assembled having Considered of the said
Report & Representation & of the time & manner wherein the same was
made & ordered and alsoe of the severall orders made thereupon doe
declare & Resolvethat the RepNemine Contradicente that the
Representation & require your pray Oath in last pray
