the said recited order at such time as his Grace
would be pleased to appoint to receive the same
And Whereas upon mocon made unto the Court
of the same Quarter Sessions
on the sd seve holden
by adjornmt. on the said seventeenth day of
January last by the right honble. the Lord William
Powlett
< no role > one of his Maties. Justices of the peace for
this County to have the Trears accompts of Trophy
money raised levyed or collected in this County
allowed & signed by his Maties Justices of the peace
then assembled at the same Quarter sessions
pursuant to the statute in such case made; The
said Court (In regard that a Resolucon had been
that day made by the same Court that the said
Representacon should be laid before his Grace
the said Duke of Newcaslte complaining of the
illegality of levying the sd. Trophy money to which
the said accompts referr) was of opinion and
did agree that the said accompts Should not be
then allowed And whereas by an order or Resolucon made
at the Generall Quarter sessions of the peace holden
for this County by adjornmt. on Friday the twenty
second day of February now last past It is of
therein expressed That upon debate there had by the
Court touching the signing & presenting of the sd
Representacon Forasmuch as the Justices of the peace
who voted on the sd seventeenth day of January
last for the signing & presenting of the sd Representacon
did not appeare to sign the same tho' they & the rest
of the Justices of the peace for this County had notice
