Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto
Sett Two of his Mats. Justices of the Peace
for the said County (Quor un) by You the said
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of
the said It am cott that, Sebastian
Francisco< no role > and Anne < no role > his Wife , and
two Children Vizt. Sebastian< no role > aged four
Years, and a female child not yet Baptized
aged, Seven Months the lawfull Issue of the said Sebastian
Francisco< no role > did lately Come into the
said Hamlett Endeavouring to Settle them=
=selves there Contrary to Law, and whereas
it Appeareth unto us the said Justices That
the said Sebastian
Francisco< no role > the father is
Dead, and that the saidAnn< no role > the Mother
is Since run away and that the said two
Children are actually become Chargeable
to the said Hamlett, And it also appeareth
unto us upon Oath That the said Sebastian
Francisco< no role > and his said Wife and two
Children were last legally Settled in the
Parish of St Margaretts Westminster in
the said County, which Wee do adjudge to be True

These are therefore in his Mats
Name to will and Require you or some or
one of you forthwith on sight hereof to
remove and Convey the said, Sebastian < no role > &
the said, Female Child net yet Baptiezed,
the Children of the said Sebastian < no role > and
Ann < no role > from and out of the said
Hamlett of Lime house to the Parish of
It Margaretts Westminster aforesaid, and
them there leave with the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor or some or One of them
who are hereby Required them to receive and
Provide for according to Law. And Hereof Fail not
at your Pills Given under Our Hands and Seals
