The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Church Wardens & Overseers of ye poor of
the Parish of Juer in the County of But

Humbly Sheweth

That by An Order under the hands & Seales of John Fuller< no role > and
William Cotesworth< no role > Junr Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx Quor Unus [..]
[..] bearing Date ye. twentieth Day of December last
past John Hutchins< no role > wth Ann < no role > his wife and their Son about One
Year and a half Old were Removed from the Parish of Hornsey
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of poor in the
County of Bucks as the place of the last legall Settlements of
the said John Hutchins< no role >

Yor Petr. thinking themselves aggrieved wth the
Judgment of the said two Justices humbly
appeale there from & Pray that the Church-
wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Hornsey may be Ordered to Attend this
Court Some day this Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgment & Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
