The Humble peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. George the Martye
in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That Ann Harding< no role > with her Two Children (Vizt.) Grace < no role >
& Benjamin Harding< no role > were by Order under the Hands
& Seals of Madt: Hewitt< no role > & Wm. Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Two
of his Majties Justices of the peace of the Said County
of Middlesex bearing Date the 30th. Day of January
[..] 1722 . removed from the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in the Said County of Middlesex to the Said
Parish of St. George She Martyr as the place where
the Said Ann Harding< no role > Grace Harding< no role > & Benjamin
Harding
< no role > were last legally Settled

That Your peticoners do humbly conceive that
they can make it appear to your Worships
that the place of the last legal Settlement
of the Said Ann Harding< no role > Grace < no role > & Benjamine
Harding
< no role > is not in the Said parish of St.
George the Martyr

Therefore yor. peticoners humbly Appeal
against the Said Order & Pray yor Worships
will be pleased to Order the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish
of St. James Clerkenwell to Attend this Court
for the hearing of the Said Appeal Such day
as yor. Worships Shall think fit
