Whereas the Churchwardens & overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Dunstan in the West London exhibited
their humble peticon & appeale unto the Court of
the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for the County of Middx by adjornmt. on Tuesday the
ninth day of October now last setting forth that by
Warrant or Order dated the twenty first day of July last
under the hands & seals of simon Parry< no role > & John
Mercer
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx (Quorum unus) Richard
Jones
< no role > was removed from the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in the said County to the said parish of St.
Dunstan in the West London as the place of the last
legall settlemt. of the said Richard Jones< no role > , And that
the Petrs. conceived themselves aggreived by the said
Order and appealed against the same, which
appeale was appointed to be heard & determined by
the same Court on the thirteenth day of the said Month
of October last , And whereas by order made by the
said Court on the said thirteenth day of October last
upon mocon of Mr. Baynes of Councell for the
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. Giles in the fields & on heareing of wh [..]
was insisted on by Mr. Northey of Councell for the said
Appellants It was (inter al) ordered that (on paymt. of the sume
of twenty shillings by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles in the fields unto
the sd. Appellants or one of them for their costs of that days
