Churchwardens and Overseers of the Parish of Finchly in
the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by a passwarrt. under the hands and Seales of William
Dobyns< no role > and John Nicoll< no role > Esqrs Two of his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx af [..] (Quor nunc)
beareing date the Nineth day of January last Robert Marsh< no role >
and Jane< no role > his Wife and four Children (vizt) Robert Marsh< no role > aged
Eight Year's Jane Marsh< no role > aged Six Year's Richard Marsh< no role > Three
Year's and Samuell Marsh< no role > Three Quarters of a Year were
passed from the parish of Hendon in the said County of Middx
to the sd. parish of Finchly in the Sd. County of Middx aforesd.
as the last place of ye. last Legall Settlement of the said
Robt. Marsh< no role >

Yor. Peticonrs. think themselves agreeved wth.
the Indgemt. of the sd. Two Justices doe appeal to
this Court and humbly pray that the
Churchwardens and over Seers of the poore of the
parish of Hendon and all other parties concen'd
herein may be order'd to attend this Court
some day this Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgemt. and determination of this Court touching
this appeal
