Church: wardens and Overseers. of the
poor of the parish of st. Ann in the
Libtyr of Westmr.

That Willm Clincot< no role > , Elizabeth< no role > his wife with two Children
vizt: Ann< no role > aged about Nine Years, and Mary< no role > aged about Nine
Months, were by Order dated the 30th: day of November last
under the Hands and seals of J Hayne and Richd Newton< no role >
Esqrs . Two of his Majtyes Justices of the peace for the sd
County of Middx (Quor unus) removed and conveyed from the
parish of St: Clement's Danes in the aforesd County of Middx
to the parish of St. Ann in the sd Libtye of Westmr .

Your Petionr thereby humbly conceives
themselves agrieved, and appeals from the
Judgment of the sd Two Justices to the Judgment
of this Court, and crave a day of hearing Etc.
