Upon heareing of the appeale of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Chiswick in this
County against an order under the hands & seales of
John Birch< no role > serjt. at Law & John Smith< no role > Esqr . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the sd County (Quorum [..]
unus) beareing date the seventeenth day of December
last whereby John Browne< no role > Ann< no role > his wife and their
children (vizt.) Elizabeth Browne< no role > aged about
thirteen, John< no role > aged about twelve yeares, Henry< no role >
aged about nine yeares, Mary< no role > aged about five yeares
Benjamin< no role > aged about three yeares & Joseph< no role > under
the age of one yeare who were become chargeable
to the hamblett of Hamersmith in the parish of Fulham
in this County were removed from the sd hamblett of
Hamersmith to the said parish of Chiswick as the place
of last legall place of settlemt. of the sd John Brown< no role >
and his said six children, And upon heareing of what
was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants of the said
hamblett of Hamersmith & alsoe by Councell for the
Inhitants of the sd parish of Chiswick, For that it doth
not appeare to this Court that the sd. John Brown< no role >
Ann his wife & their sd. children or any of them had
at the time of makeing the sd order of removeall or now
have or hath any legall settlemt. in the sd. parish of
Chiswick This Court doth allow of the said appeale And
