Upon mocon made unto this Court by the
right honble. the Lord William Powlett< no role > one
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
to have the Trears accots. to [..] of Trophy money
raised levyed & or collected in this County
(which accots. were pdallowed & Signed
by his Maties. Justices of the peace now assembled
at this present Quarter Sessions pursuant to
the Statute in such case made, which accots. were to [..] .
[..] heretofore produced to the Justices
of the peace at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County on the
second day of July last in order to be by
them allowed butis are not yetare not as.
yet allowed [..] signed both [..] of the peace of this County in Quarter Session [..] the said
This Court (In regard that a Resolucon hath
been this day made by this Court that a
Representacon be laid before his Grace the
Duke of Newcastle Lord Lieutennt. of the
sd County complaining of the illegality of
levying the sd. Trophy money to which the said
accots. referr) Is of opinion And doth agree
that the sd accots. be not at present allowed.
