WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajefties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Middlx
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church Wardens and Over
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate
in the saidCountythatEdward Issom< no role > & Mary< no role >
his wife

arelately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselvesthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House oftheirabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Cafe made and provided; And that the saidEdward
Issom
< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife by reason of their & poverty are
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth
unto us,the Said Justices upon the Oath of the Said
Edward Issom< no role >
thathe waslast legally settled in the Parish of St.
Martins in the feilds in the Said County of Middlx And
no other legall Settlement elsewhere appearing
unto us Since Wee doe alsoe adjudge the Said parish of
St Martins in the feilds to be the place of their last
legall Settlement
There are therefore inhisMajesties Name strictly to Charge and Com
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
convey the saidEdward Issom< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife
from the said Parish ofSt Giles wthout Cripplegate
in the saidCountyto the said Parish ofSt Martin in the
feilds in the Said County
and deliverthemunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forthem
and Seals, the12thday orDecembern [..]
of the Reign of our SoveraignLord Georgeby the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, and Ireland,KingDefender of the
Faith, Etc. Annoq: Dom. 1722 .

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish ofSt Martins in the feilds in the Said County.
And all others whom it doth or may concern, Etc.
