Generall Quarter Sessions

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Chiswick in the
said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands & Seales of John Birch< no role >
John Smith< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said
County (Quor unus) bearing date the Seventeenth day of December last
past John Brown< no role > Ann< no role > his wife and their Children (Vizt) Elizabeth
Brown
< no role > aged about thirteenyears, John< no role > Aged about twelve Years, Henry< no role >
aged about Nine Yeares Mary< no role > Aged about five Yeares, Benjamine< no role > Aged
about three Yeares And Joseph< no role > under the Age of One Yeare were removed
from the Hamlet of Hamersmith in the parish of Fulham in the said
County to the said Parish of Chiswick as the place of their last legall
Settlement

Yor. Petr thinking themselves aggrieved wth the
Judgmt of the said two Justices humbly appeale
therefrom [..]

And pray that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Hamlett of
Hamersmith & all parties Concerned may be
Ordered to attend this Court Some day this
Sessions to Shew Cause why Yor. Petrs. should
not have Such releife in the premises as to
Yor. Worships great Wisdom shall Seem meet

And Yor Petrs. as in Duty bound shall ever pray
