Intruded and lately Come to Inhabit within your
Said Parish Contrary to Law and that he is
likely tobecome Chargeable to your Said

of the Premisses taken before us upon Oath and
other Circumstances do Adjudge the Same to be true
and do also Adjudge that the Peace ofthatthe last
Legall Settlement of the Said John Caldwell< no role >
is in the Said Parish of Chelsea .

These are therefore in his Maties Name to require
you on Sight hereof to Remove and Convey the Said

from & out of your Said Parish of St. Margarett
Westminster to the Said Parish of Chelsea
and him Deliver unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of th Poor there or Some or one of them who are
hereby Required to receive & Provide for him
