The Humble Peticonr & Appeale of ye Church
wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Hillingdon in the sd: County

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands & Seals of Samuel
Perry
< no role > and D'oyly Michel< no role > Esqrs . two of His Maties Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quor unus) beating Date
the 18th. Day of December last past Martha< no role > the wife of
Adam Hannah< no role > & her three Children vizt: Mary< no role > aged about
nine years William< no role > aged about two years & Hester< no role > aged
about two months were remov'd from the parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell in the Said County to the Village of Cowley
in the said parish of Hillingdon as the place of their last
legall Settlemt:

Yor Petr. think themselves aggrieved by the
Judgmt. of the said two Justices of the
Peace appeale to this Court & humbly pray
that Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the sd: parish of St. Mary White
Chapell & all other parties conersn'd
may be Ordered to attend this Court
some day this Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgmt. & determinacon of this
Court touching this Appeale
