The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Langley Marsh [..]
in the County of Bucks

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the Handsand Seals
of George Walter< no role > and Samuel Benson< no role > Esqrs : two of His
Majestys Justices of the peace for this County bearing
Date the Twenty Ninth Day of October last Henry Lobley< no role >
was removed and Conveyed Out of the Parish of St.
Leonard Shoreditch in this County into the said Parish
of Langley Marsh in the County of Bucks aforesaid (as
not haveing any Legall Settlement in the said Parish
of St. Leonard Shoreditch ) But legally Settled in the Parish
of Langley Marsh .

Yr: Petitionrs: therefore Humbly think themselves
Aggrieved by the Order of the said Justices
& Appeal to this Court agt. the Same
And Humbly Pray Yr. Worships to Appoint
a Day for All Parties to Attend this Court
to Abide the Determination of Ye: Worships
touching Your Petitionrs Sai Appeal and to Grant them such Other
Reliefe in the Prmisses as to Your Worships
Shall [..] Seem Meet.
