by the Sd. Justices to measure his worke, neither is he the
St. Warden allowed any thing for makeing Truss
Scaffolding round the building, furring the roofs
or underpinning the walls in the collar or carrying
fourteen loads of rubbish away or for plumbers or
Plaisterers worke, the charge of which is very
considerable, and that he humbly comeibes
himselfe much aggreived and subunitts the
determinacon of the worke aforesaid to such able
workeman as this Court shall appoint, And the
Sd. John Warden praying this Court will be
pleased to Order that the Sd. worke may be viewed
measured & valued by such workeman as to this
Court shall seem meet, This Court upon
consideracon had of the premisses Doth Order
that it be And It is hereby recomended & referred
unto the Justices of the peace above named or any
three of them to employ such fit & able person or
persons as they shall think fit to measure & value
the worke done by the St. John warden in & about
the repai(together with such Measurer or workman
as the Sd. John warden< no role > shall on his Owne behalfe
& also together [..] the the [..] ment, who was [..] and [..]
appointy the worke done by him the Sd. John warden
in & about repaireing the St. house of Correccon &
the materialls by him found & employed for that
purpose, but before such new measuremt. or
is to produce & deliver to the St. Refferees his first
