The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Margarett Lothbury in the city of London

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or Order under the hands seals of
Matthew Hewett< no role > and Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqrs: two of his Maties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middle (Quarter Unns)bearing date
the Eight day of March last past Elizabeth Lee< no role > with Jemina< no role > her
Daughter aged about nine years were removed from the parish of
St. Sepulchre in the County of Middle aforesaid into the said parish
of St. Margarett Lothbury in the city of London as the place of their
last legal Settlement.

That your Petitionrs: conceiveing themselves aggrieved [..]
the said Warrant and Indgment of the said two Justices Do
humbly appeale to your Worppd therefrom and pray That
your Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
And order That the Churchwardens Overseers of the poor
the said parish of St. Sepulchre may appear before you
at a certain day to hear and abide the Indictment and
Determinaton of your Wopssal touching their appeale
