estimate of the said materialls & worke provided
& done by the said John Warden< no role > at the Sd. house of
Correccon in the said Report particularly specifyed
and that they are of opinion he may deserve for
the same the sume of thirty five pounds seven
Shillings & seven pence halfe penny, and that the
severall prices comprized in such estimate are full
as much as are paid to any on the life oocasion,
And that as to two articles of Carpenters & Plumbers
worke for which he charges nineteen pounds and
twelve Shillings they cannot find any such work
done and that the sileinge the other work is deuce in a poor manner And the Court at the last Generall Sessions of
the peace holden for this County by adjornmt. on
the twenty seventh day of February last upon
consideracon had of the matters stated by the St.
Report not then seeing any reason for allowing
the Sd. John warden< no role > any greater Sume of money
than the Sd. Sume of thirty five pounds seven Shillings
& seven pence halfe penny for the St. worke &
materialls Did (inter as) Order & direct that the
said last menconed sumo Should be paid or tendred
by Thomas Burdus< no role > Esqr . Trear of the
moneys reced for repaire of the St. house of
Correccon unto the said John warden< no role > for the Sd.
worke & materialls which was accordingly tendred unto but not adopted by the Sd. worke Now upon complaint made
unto this Court by the Sd. John Warden< no role > that he is
not only abated by the Sd. Report six Shillings p
square for this tileing worke according to a [..]
& vsnall price (which amounts to neare eighteen
pounds) but is also a sufferer by the person employ [..]
