To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty
of saffron held etc in the parish of St. Andr Holborn in the County
of Middx and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Liberty of the Rolls in parish of St. Dunstonson in the Wart
in the said County of Middx And to Every or Either of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you unto us whole
Hands and Seals are hereunto fer tow of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unns)for the County of Middx
aforesaid, that Elizabeth Shephard wife of Rowland [..] with
this these Children [..] ann< no role > their Elder daughter aged about six years John< no role > their se [..]
aged about four years [..] their youngdrt daughter aged about Hat years 9 months
lately intrudedinto your said Liberty of saffron Elizabeth
of St. Andr Holborn there to inhabit as yor Parishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and is there likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up-
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premisses taken
upon Oath if Rowland shephard it appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge,That the said Eliz: Shephard< no role > wife
of Rowland Shephard< no role > with her three Children above named are
likely to become chargeable, and that their last Legal Place of set-
tlement was in the Liberty of the Rolls in the parish of saint
Dunstons in the West in the County of Middx, which
wee ajudge to be true and where ther by Law there ought
to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesties Name to Order and
Require you the said Chruch-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
Saffron Giller aforesaid, That you, or some of you do forth-
with remove and convey the said Elizabeth Shephard< no role > with her
three Children from your said Liberty
to the Liberty of the Rolls etc aforesaid, and them deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise required in his Majesties
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the said Elizabeth Shephard< no role > with three Children
into their said Liberty and parish and provide for them
as their own Parishioners. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
ninth - day of March Anno Regin Regis Dom
