Middlx

The humble Peticon of John Bowes< no role >
of the parish of St. James Clerkenwell
in the said County.

Sheweth


That your Peticoner by order Dated the third Day of April Instant
under the Hands of John Filler< no role > and Mathew Hewitt< no role > Esqrs . two of
his Matys Justiced of the Peace for this County was approved of
and Confirmed to be One of the Scavengers of the aforesaid
parish for the year Ensuing as being an Able Tradesman
That Your Petr humbly Conceived himselfe much approved
by the Confirmacon of the said two Justiced as being an
person ( pursuant to the Art of Parliament in that Case
made and provided) Excluded from Serving the said Office.

Your Petr. therfore humbly prays
he may be Excused from Serving the said
Office and another fit person chosen in
his Room

And Yor Petr Shall Ever pray etc
