To the Rights Worpl his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx at their General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the Sd County
Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Albans Wood Street
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of Fisher Tench< no role >
Bart & Thomas Milner< no role > Esqr two of his Matys Justices of the peace for
the Said County (one being of the Quore) bearing Date the 18th day of
June last Sarah Croxford< no role > was removed & past On Your Petitconers by
the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill
Hatton Garden & Elykents in the parish of St Andrew Holborn in the
County of Middx alleding the Sad parish of St Albans Wood Street
to be the place of her last Legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the sd Warrt & Judgment of the Said two Justices and
do most humbly appeal to Your Worps. therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray your Worps will be pleased
to save to them this Appeal & to be next Qur Sessions & hear them in the premisses, And Order
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the SdParish Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton
Garden & Ely Kents in the Pish of St Andrews
Holborn in Middx may attend tem [..]
at ye Sd next Quarter Sessions to hear &
abide the Judgement & determinacon of the
Court touching the said Appeal
