The humble Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Peter le Poore London

Sheweth

That by an Order dated the 30th. September 1720 under the hands
& Seals of John Milner< no role > & John Richardson< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties.
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quor Unus) by
wch. said Order One Richard Ayres< no role > with Anne< no role > his wife & their
3 Children were passed from the parish of St. Giles in the field
in the same County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Peters
le Poore as the place of their last legall Setlement

That the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Peter le Poore humbly conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order & Pray an Appeale to this Honoble. Bench

Your Petrs: humbly pray this Honoble. Court
to appoint a day for hearing the said Appeale
against the said Order

And yor Petrs. Shall ever pray Etc.

in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgement & determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeale
