Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Albans Woodstreet
in the City of London exhibited unto this Court setting forth
that by vertue of a warrant under the hands & seales of Sr.
Fisher Tench< no role > Bart . & Thomas Milner< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (one being of
the Quorum) beareing date the eighteenth day of June last
Sarah Croxford< no role > was removed & past on the Petrs. by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of
Saffron hill Hatton Garden & Ely Rents in the parish of
St. Andrew Holborne in the said County of Middx , alledgeing
the said parish of St. Albans woodstreet to be the place of
her last legall Settlemt;. And that the Petrs. conceive
themselves aggrieved by the sd warrant, and appeale to
this Court there from, Now upon Sufficient reasons
Offered by the Petrs. for adjourning the hearing of the said
appeale, It is at their request ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto them
and that the hearing & determining thereof be adjorned
untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the said County of Middx, And that the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the poor of the said Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton
Garden & Ely Rents in the sd. parish of St. Andrew Holborne
upon notice of this Order & all other persons concerned doe
attend his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the same County by adjournmt. on Friday
the fourteenth day of October next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide their Judgmt. & determincon
touching the said appeale,
