To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St: Martin in the Fields in the County of Middx
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St: Clement Danes in the said County and to each
and every of them.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx (Quorum unus) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St: Martin
in the Fields That Richard Oliver< no role > aged about thirty nine years
is come and inruded to dwell in the said parish of St: Martin in the
Fields not having gained any legall Settlement there and that he is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish of st: Martin in the Fields.

And Whereas upon Examination thereof taken before us upon
Oath and other Circumstances it appears unto us that the said
Richard Oliver< no role > was last legally settled in the said Parish of St:
Clement Danes in the said County of Middx.

Wee the said Justices do therefore Adjudge that the said
Parish of St: Clement Danes in the said County is the parish and place
of the last legall Settlement of the said Richard Oliver< no role > and that he
is likely to become chargeable to the said Parish of St: Martin in
the Fields.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to require and
Command you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St: Martin in the Fields to remove and Convey the said
Richard Oliver< no role > out of and from your. said Parish unto the said parish
of St: Clement Danes in the said County And him to deliver to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there or to some or one of
them Who are hereby required to receive the said Richard Oliver< no role > into
their Care and to provide for him according to Law hereof fail
not at your Perills. Given under us hands and Seales the third
day of October Anno Dom 1720.
