Ambrose Johnson< no role > & is since dead ,

And it doth not
appeare to this Court that the said John Smith< no role >
had any legall settlemt. save in the said parish of
Battersea or that the said Ambrose Johnson< no role > had
any legall settlemt. save in the said parish of St.
John of Wapping , and the question ariseing
whether the said Mary & the said two children
are legally settled in the said parish of Battersea
or in the said parish of St. John of Wapping
This Court is of opinion that the sd. Mary< no role > &
the said two children are legally settled in the
said parish of St. John of wapping , And d [..]
thereupon allow of the said appeale, and doth
vacate & discharge the aforesaid Order of the sd
two Justices of the peace,

xiand did nor after the death of Johnson< no role > inhabit
with the Said smith< no role >
