Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Vx Two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quor uuns) by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Giles in the Field
in the County aforesaid That Richard Ayres< no role > with Anne< no role > his wife & there
three children vizt Anne Ayres< no role > aged fourteen years sarah Ayres< no role > aged
eleven years & Robert Ayres< no role > aged near five years are lately come
into the said parish endavoring to settle there contrary to Law & it appear
unto us the said Justices that they are likely to become chargable to the
said parish And whereas upon examination of the said Anne< no role > the wife
of Richard Ayres< no role > it farther appereth unto us & wee doe adjudge the
parish of St Peter Poor in the City of London to be the place of the last
legall Settlement of the said Richard Ayres< no role > & his said wife & three
children & doe therefore in his Maties. name charge & command
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Giles in
the Fields forthwith to remove & convey the said Richard Ayres< no role >
Anne< no role > his wife with Anne< no role > Sarah< no role > & Robert< no role > their children from the
said parish of St Giles in the Field to the said parish of St Peter
Poor in the City of London & deliver them to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor there or to sane or one of them who are here by
required to receive them into their care & provide for them according
to Law Given under Our hands & seals this thirtieth day of September
