That by Warrant under the hands and seales of Richard
Newton< no role > & I Hayne Esqrs . her of his Majties: Justices of the
Peace for the county of Middx (quar Vnns) bearing date the
fifth day of October 1720. Elizabeth Cookes< no role > Singlewoman
was past on yr. Petrs. from the parish of St. Clements Danes
in the sd. County of Middx as the Place of her last
legall Settlement.

That yor. Petrs. conceive themselses aggreived
by the oldr. of the sd. two Justices and Appeale to
yor. Worpps there from
