of the Peace for the County of Middx in their
Gewall Quarter SessionsAssembled.

The Humble Peticon and Appeale
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Stephens
Walbrook in the City of London,

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seales of John Fuller< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs Two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quor
unns) bearing Date the Eighteenth day of July last past Marth [..] Taylor< no role > Wife of Peter Taylor< no role > with their three Children (Vizts)
Thomas< no role > Six years old Robert< no role > three years old and Peter< no role > abt one
year & a half old were removed from the Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate in the County of Middx aforesaid unto the
Said Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook London , alledging the
Said Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook to be place of their
last legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners conceiving themselves agreived
by the Said Warrant or Order of the Said Two Justices Do
therefore appeale to your Worships therefrom And
humbly pray That your Worships will be pleased to
hear them in the prmisses, and order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said
Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the County
of Middx aforesaid may appear before you at a
certain day by your Worships to be appointed and
hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon
of your Worps touching this Appeale.
