within Written we whose hands are hereunto Subscribed two of his Maties Justices
of the Peace, for this County in the said Order named haveing this day taken upon
us the hearing and Examination of the Complaint of the Petitioner John Whetham< no role >
Esqrs herein named the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor as also the Scavengr.
of the said Parish of St James Clerkenwell being present and upon hearing of
all P lies and duely Considering the Reason's and Allegations givenalltend made
on all sides, Wee report our Opinions to this Honble: Court that the said
John Whetham< no role > Esqr [..] ought not be charged to the Churchwardens Rate Poors
Rate and Scavengers Rate in the said Parish for Two Hundred Pounds
