John Brooking< no role > of the Minories in the Parish of St. Bottolphs without Aldgate
in the City of London late Master of his Majts. Ship Lynn Came voluntarily
before us his Majts. Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx & made
Oath that he hath at Sundry times and at Sevall places made diligent and
Strict enquirey and more particularly after James Gold< no role > his Nephew Henry
Cremer
< no role > 's late Master at the last respective places of abode and residence
of the said James Gold< no role > in order to serve upon the said James Gold< no role > ye
annexed Coppy of this Deponts. Affidts. and Coppy of the order of this
Honble. Court but could not [..] hear of him the said James Gold< no role >
who hath absconded for above these three Years last past And
that he is gone into Ireland as this Depont. is informed.
