of the Hamblet of Wapping Stepney Tobacco Pipe-

Humbly Sheweth

That yor. Petitionr. was by order of Bastwick Johnson< no role > Esqr one of
his Majties. Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx to pay
but 1s & Month to the use of the Poor of the said Hamblet yett
notwithstanding your Petition stands now rated 1s..10d P Month
which he is not able to Pay being but a Poor lan bouring man
and hath 4 Children to maintaine

Therefore yor. Petitionr humbly prays yor
Worshipps will be pleased to make such order
for your Petitioner releife in the prmisses as to
yor Worshipps Shall Seem meet
