the Said Mr. Goostrey is Sell in a Cause depending
in the High Court of Chancery Between Anne
Sacheverell< no role > & al Complts. agst. Eliz Sacheverell< no role > & al
Defts. and that this Depent: is Certain that the Said
Mr. Goostrey went Into the County in ordr: to attend
the Execucon of a Commicon issued out of the Said
Court in the Said Cause which Said Commicon
this Depont. Verily beleives is not Returnable till
octab Hill.
