Anne Paine< no role > Saith upon her Oath that about the
month of March last past She became or
Acquainted With One MrJohnson A
Mercerat the Seven Starrs in Ludgate Street
London Who had Carnall Knowledge of her
Body at One Mrs. Thompsons in Dove Court
in Water Lane Fleets Street Where this Examint.
then Lodged and at Severall times after in ye Same
house Since the Month of March last past Untill
Within this Six Nights And that he has
unlawfully begot On her Body a Bastard
Child or Children Which when born is or are
likely to become Chargeable to ye Parish of St
James's Westmr , And this Examint. Further and
Lastly Saith that he ye sd. Mr. Johnson is the Only, Sole, and Real
Father of the said Bastard Child or Children of which
She is now Pregnant and that no Other Person is the
Father thereof
