Bridgett Flackett< no role > now convicted upon an Indictment against her for keeping a comon
bawdy house is fined for the said offence one shilling which is ordered
to be estreated, and She is ordered to be forth with sett and putt upon
[..] pillory att or year & certaine place called Ratcliffe nests a [..]
Hamblett of Ratcliffe in this County by the Space of two hours between
the hours of tenn of the clock in the forenoon & two of the clock in the
afternoon of such day as the sheriffe of this County Shall
forth with appoint with an inscripcon over her head describeing her
said offence, and the said Bridgett Flackett is remanded to his
Maties prison called New prison att Clerkenwell in this County, there
to remaine till she under goe the said punishment, then to be
delived paying her Fees & vij s vj d

John Ashton< no role > is comitted to new prison afordsaid for want of Sufficient Sureties to
psecute his traverse att the next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer to be
held for this County upon an Indictment agt him for Speaking Sedition
words agt his maty & his Government, to remaine till he find
Such Sureties then to be delived paying his Fees ij s

notice of the bail is to be given to mr Cracherode or mr Underhill before the same
is taken

James Percivall< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment against him for a
trespaste & misdemeanor is comitted to newprison aforesaid for
want of Sufficient sureties for his appearance att the next Sessions of
Oyer and Terminer to be held for this County to psecute his
traverse with effect upon the said Indictment, to remaine till he
